● Welcome to Lisa Hammond Pyrography! I'm so glad you're here. Every piece I create is made with care and intention — whether it's a wood-burned pyrography piece or a layered mixed-media workand is handcrafted, one‑of‑a‑kind, and made with professional materials. Because of the nature of original art, all sales are final. Please read the details below to understand how refunds, exchanges, and damaged‑item claims are handled.

1. PAYMENT METHODS

● All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover at checkout.

● Payment is due in full at the time of purchase for all ready-made artwork.

● For commissions and custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due before the artwork ships.

● All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).

2. PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Ready-Made Artwork

● Ships within 3–5 business days of cleared payment.

● Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.

Custom & Commission Orders

● Processing time varies by complexity. An estimated timeline will be communicated at the time of your order — typically 3–8 weeks.

Shipping Details

● Shipments are sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at Lisa's discretion based on size and weight.

● Domestic US shipping only, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

● Lisa ships from Fort Walton Beach, FL; transit times vary by destination.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

● Due to the handmade nature of all artwork, all sales are final on ready-made pieces.

● I do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Original artwork
Prints
Custom or commissioned pieces
Digital downloads
Sale or discounted items

Please make sure to review product photos, descriptions, and measurements before purchasing

● Exchanges are not available for ready-made pieces — each piece is one-of-a-kind.

● Custom and commission orders are non-refundable once work has begun (see the Commission & Custom Order Policy section).

● If your piece arrives damaged, Lisa will work with you to make it right (see Damage & Lost Package Policy).

● If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out within 7 days of delivery — Lisa will do her best to find a fair resolution.

4.COMMISSION & CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

● Commissions are accepted on a limited, case-by-case basis depending on availability. Commission slots may have a waitlist; Lisa will always communicate realistic timelines.

● Lisa does NOT Accept commission of people or pets. I will work with you to provide the best possible image prior to wood burning to ensure the commissioned piece will be to your satisfaction.

● To inquire, contact Lisa with the following information:

○ Subject matter or reference images

○ Desired size and medium (pyrography on wood, mixed media, etc.)

○ Your timeline and any other relevant details

● A written quote and estimated timeline will be provided after reviewing your request.

● A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot and begin work.

● Once work has begun, changes to the design or subject matter may incur additional fees. Major changes may not be possible at that stage.

● The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, before shipping.

● Lisa retains the right to photograph and share all commissioned work for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless the buyer requests otherwise in writing at the time of inquiry.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Ready-Made Orders

● Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may already be in preparation for shipment and cannot be cancelled.

Custom & Commission Orders

● The 50% deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

● If you cancel after work has begun, no refund will be issued for work completed to date.

● If Lisa is unable to complete a commission due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded in full.

6. DAMAGE & LOST PACKAGE POLICY

All artwork is carefully packaged to withstand shipping, and photos are taken before shipment for documentation purposes.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

● Take photos of the damaged packaging and artwork immediately upon receipt.

● Contact Lisa within 48 hours of delivery at [lisahammondpyrography@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

● Lisa will file a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

● If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or shows "delivered" but the package was not received, please contact Lisa so she can open a carrier investigation.

● Lisa is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

● Lisa is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been accepted and scanned.

7. CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ARTWORK

Pyrography on Wood

● Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading of any applied finishes or color.

● Avoid high-humidity environments; wood is a natural material and can warp if exposed to excessive moisture.

● Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth — do not use water or cleaning sprays directly on the surface.

● If a sealant or finish was applied, avoid abrasive materials.

● Display away from heat sources such as fireplaces or radiators.

Mixed-Media Artwork

● Keep away from moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme temperature changes.

● Handle with clean, dry hands or cotton gloves.

● Do not apply adhesive tape or labels to the surface of the artwork.
